Display advertising specifications

Requirements and specifications for Official Charity Partners that have purchased display advertising

This article outlines the different display advert units you may be asked to supply for
your package with realbuzz, to be displayed on the online charity listing. It includes the
specifications of the ad units, how they display and how to make your ads engaging.

The following key points apply:

  • Adverts can take the form of static JPEG, PNG images or animated multi-frame GIFS
  • Link will go directly to your charity application form
  • All charity banner adverts receive equal exposure as they are programmed in the system to be displayed this way
  • Duration starts and ends in-line with your listing

You can supply either a GIF (recommended) or a static image. In both cases, the advertisement
should not be too copy-heavy, have a strong call-to-action (typically in a button format) and engaging imagery. Avoid using dates on your ads.
