How can I remind a runner they need to register for the race?

Locate your runner in the dashboard and using the ‘three dots’ under actions select ‘Registration reminder’. This will send the runner an email reminding them to register and how to do it. If they miss the registration deadline, it is likely they will be unable to run the event.  

Tip: Make sure your runner is looking for emails from no-reply@realbuzz.com and checking spam/junk and quarantine folders.
