How can I remind a runner they need to register for the race?

Locate your runner in the dashboard and using the ‘three dots’ under actions select ‘Registration reminder’

Tip: Make sure your runner is looking for emails from no-reply@realbuzz.com and checking spam/junk and quarantine folders.
