I’ve imported runners into the console but received an error message.

Should your import produce an error message there are some common fixes to check on your import file.

  • Check each application has a unique email address and the email address does not contain capital letters.
  • Check there are no spaces at the end of your imported data in each data field - it is common when copying information into your spreadsheet for a space to be at the end of a name for example, check each data field and remove these spaces.
  • The data importing does not match a known user - remove this runner and raise a support ticket our team can help ensure the user name matches the import.
