Withdrawing a runner before an entry code has been issued

To withdraw a runner with Accepted status use the three dots under Actions and select 'Reject' to remove the runner from their place, you can then accept a new runner in their place, as long as registration is still open for the event in question.

Withdrawing a runner after an entry code has been issued

Once an entry code has been sent, using the 'Give Them A Place' option, you cannot manually reject or withdraw them from the Console but in most case you do still have options to withdraw them via our support team. Contact a member of our Charity Support Team at https://knowledge.realbuzz.com/kb-tickets/new with the details of the runner and we will be able to assist you.

It is important that codes are issued in a timely fashion to Accepted runners, particularly where they will be travelling internationally for an event but we also know that sometimes runners may need to be withdrawn due to injury or should they fail to meet their fundraising commitments. Once a code as been sent or registration completed, contact our Charity Support Team for assistance in withdrawing your runner.  Cancellation options vary from event to event, our team will confirm if a registration can be cancelled and the place re-allocated.
