How to withdraw a runner on the Console before and after issuing codes
To withdraw a runner with Accepted status use the three dots under Actions and select 'Reject' to remove the runner from their place, you can now accept a new runner in their place.
Once an entry code has been sent you cannot reject or withdraw them from the console, contact a member of our Charity Support Team at https://knowledge.realbuzz.com/kb-tickets/new with the details of the runner.
