I want to give a place to a runner but the option isn’t available.

There are two reasons why you may not be able to 'accept' your runner.

The runner has their own place.  Check the application of the runner, if in column ‘Own Place’ you can see YES, the runner has stated they have their own place you will not need to give them a place.  

Tip: Confirm with the runner that this is correct.

 

The runner has been accepted for a team already.  A message is displayed alerting you that the runner has a place already in this event.  You cannot accept a runner who already has a place.

Tip: Confirm this is correct with the runner, the runner may need to contact the team they have been accepted by if they have accepted a place with your team.

 

You allocated all your places. Check How many places you have available in the breakdown section at the top of the page.  If all your places have been allocated you will not be able to accept any further applications.

Tip: If you need further places contact your Account Manager to check availability.
