The Dashboard

Seeing your Official Charity Partner runner applications

Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the dashboard. Within the dashboard, you will see information about your places across one, or multiple events. You will also see a list of your applicants, including name, email address and phone number.

To view each application click the name of the runner to open in full detail, once viewed click 'APPLICATIONS' from your menu to return to the full list.

Filtering

You can use any of the filters to refine your search results, for example you may want to see ALL 'Accepted' for the 'Dublin Marathon'. You can also search for an applicant’s name in the search box. 

Just select your search criteria by entering a name or using the dropdown fields and click Go.

Note: If you do not have any applications for a particular event, you will not be able to select that event in the search criteria.  Once you have applications the event will appear in the drop down list.

Places

This section will give you an overview of the number of places you have in each event, along with a quick view of the number of applications at each status.

Emails

This section shows all the emails your runners have been sent that have been triggered by an action from your team, ie, Application reviewed, Application rejected, Place given.  Use this section to view or resend any email to your runner.
