Everything you need to know about using the realbuzz Charity Console and what actions you need to take with your runners.
The 'run with realbuzz' programme is designed to be a majority hands-off service for our partner. charities. We provide the web platform for runners to enter, co-promote each event alongside your own promotions and steward the runners all the way to their fundraising targets and to race day! But we do provide a dedicated dashboard for each charity on the realbuzz Charity Console.
Accessing the Console
As part of your onboarding into the realbuzz family, you'll receive a unique log in link to access the Console.

What can I do in the Console?
From within the Console you have three key actions you can do:
- You can monitor how many runners have entered in support of your charity and their current progress (more info on the different statuses below)
- You can find contact details for runners who have consented to hear from you - more information on what this means can be found in this article.
- Finally, when a fundraising deadline is approaching for an event - the deadline for a runner to be at their 75% fundraising milestone (the minimum fundraising expectation - you'll have the option to approve a runner even if they haven't quite reached target and allow their unique entry code to be allocated. What do the statuses / labels mean that I can see in the Console?
- Entered: Runner has entered but not yet started fundraising
- Fundraising in Progress: Runner has connected a fundraising page (click ‘fundraising page’ to view)
- Fundraising Target reached: Supporter has reached the first fundraising milestone (75% fundraising raised)
- Complete: Runners has reached the first fundraising milestone (the minimum fundraising amount) and has successfully registered using their unique entry code
- Withdrawn: Runners has withdrawn their entry.
